Your existing shift calendar will remain available, while a new Home screen will let you see today’s shift, events, memos, and coworkers at a glance as soon as you open the app.

The new Home screen will display the most important information for your day in one place.

You will be able to check:

• Today’s shift

• Today’s events

• Today’s memos

• Coworkers working with you today

• Your next shift and next day off

Before work, you can quickly confirm today’s shift.

During your shift, you can check tasks and notes you need to remember.

After work, you can take a quick look at any unfinished events or memos.

The new Home screen is designed to reduce unnecessary navigation and help you find today’s essential information more easily, even during a busy shift.

New Memo Features Are Coming

This update will also introduce a new memo feature.

While checking your shift calendar, you may have had moments like these:

“I need to write this down.”

“There was something I needed to bring tomorrow.”

“I had something to check before handover.”

The new memo feature will let you record and manage these small but important details directly inside ShiftMate.

You will be able to save notes such as:

• Items to bring

• Things to check before handover

• Personal notes

• Tasks to complete

• Simple to-do lists

Both regular memos and checklists will be supported, so you can use the feature not only for writing notes but also for keeping track of things that need to be completed.

That is why this update focuses on improving the app without removing or completely changing the features you already use.
