InterrobangSoft Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) is committed to protecting users’ personal information and complies with all relevant laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. The Company establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to safeguard users’ rights and interests. Users may refuse consent to the collection, use, provision, or outsourcing of personal information; however, refusal may limit access to all or part of the services.

※ Google Calendar data is linked only with user consent. The Company does not collect or store Google Calendar event data.
The Company retains personal information only for the minimum required period. When the purpose of collection is fulfilled, information is destroyed without delay unless retention is required under relevant laws.

4. Outsourcing of Personal Information Processing & Overseas Transfer
a. The Company manages outsourced service providers through contracts that specify confidentiality obligations, prohibition of unauthorized disclosure, liability for incidents, outsourcing period, and destruction procedures.

5. Destruction of Personal Information
When the purpose of processing is fulfilled, personal information is destroyed without delay unless retention is required by law.

Information provided by users is deleted after the retention period or upon fulfillment of the purpose. Personal information is not used for any other purposes unless required by law.

All data related to terminated accounts is permanently deleted from the Company’s database.
6. Rights and Responsibilities of Users and Legal Guardians
a. Users and their legal guardians may access or modify their personal information at any time and may withdraw consent through membership withdrawal.
b. Personal information can be viewed or updated in the app via [More] → [Settings], and membership withdrawal is available through [Settings] → “Delete Account.”
Users may also request access/modification/withdrawal via email or phone to the Company’s Privacy Officer.
c. If a user requests correction of inaccurate information, the Company will not use or provide such information until the correction is complete.
7. Measures to Ensure the Security of Personal Information
The Company takes the following actions to protect personal information:

Personal information handlers are limited to essential personnel only and are trained regularly.
b. Access Control for Unauthorized Users
The Company operates and manages access control systems to prevent unauthorized access.
